Lachlan Fleming was the builder for our home extension and renovation which began in November 2013 and concluded in May 2014.
We were delighted with Lachlan’s work for us over that time. He and his team consistently carried out work of high quality and attention to detail. They were also very responsive to any issues or concerns that we had over the course of the project and undertook to ensure we were completely satisfied with all work completed.
Lachlan made himself readily available to us all through the construction process to answer questions, keep us updated and discuss any issues. He always found time to talk to us for as long as we needed to be comfortable with decisions we were making, including the initial signing of the contract with him, and with any modifications we made along the way. He was reliably patient and good humoured, even under tight timelines and competing pressures.

Our work was completed within schedule and we have no hesitation in recommending Lachlan as a high quality builder.
