Having worked locally on several homes, town halls and churches, Lachlan is familiar with the heritage overlays, heritage listings and requirements that are currently in place within the Macedon Ranges shire.
Lachlan fleming constructions completed an extension to our house in Gisborne South in 2015 and we could not be happier with the result! Though we had no experience in building or any renovation project of this size, Lachlan was willing to assist thru the entire building and planning process. Is assistance and advice ranged from design help to minimise project costs, to helpful suggestions about colour choices. Lachlan was always contactable and replied promptly to any queries or questions we had. The building crew were friendly and professional. They were timely, quiet and made every effort to reduce the impact of the building process on our day to day living. We were able to remain in the house all thru the extension work and they kept the work site as neat and tidy as practical. Our painter left a great finish, and was very helpful about the colours we had chosen. He was even able to suggest ways we could improve the integrated look of the new extension. His suggestion of oiling the windows instead of painting has worked beautifully and we love how it all looks. All the workers were happy to ask questions to ensure it turned out as we wanted. They all were quick to offer suggestions for improvements, and the finish reflects their professionalism and attention to detail.
