Tylden

A bespoke double-storey home built in Tylden on a polished concrete slab with screw pile foundations. The structure features brick veneer walls, Colorbond Trimdek roofing, and thermally broken AWS double-glazed aluminium windows, with rendered external walls and locally sourced natural stone wrapping around the dwelling. The ground floor includes three bedrooms—one with an ensuite and walk-in robe, another with a built-in robe—and a central family room.

The main living zone includes a lounge, open-plan kitchen and dining area with pantry, and a double-sided fireplace. A mudroom, laundry, powder room, hydronic plant room, and double garage complete the layout. A circular staircase leads to the upper level, with a master bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe, and study. Outside are paved terraces, a portico, and Juliet balconies.

Built with curved double brick walls internally and externally, extra-wide double studs, and fully off-grid systems including solar, a treatment plant, and water storage. The cantilevered second storey was an engineering feat, suspended centrally above the ground floor.
